These acrylic coctail napkin coasters have been around for many years, but I still have guests tell me they have never seen them and wonder where to get them. It is such a simple yet creative idea to make a coaster that you can change to fit your decor any time. I have had my set for about 12 years now, which means they are pretty much indestructible. I have also given these sets of coasters as gifts to friends, and they have always been appreciated. I usually include one or two packages of "starter" napkins in the gift.
The coaster is slightly over 5 inches square with the back surface that is solid acrylic and the top surface having a 3 1/2 inch round opening that exposes your beverage glass to the coctail napkin to absorb moisture. The opening is plenty big for any glass, coffee mug, or wine glass. The flat coaster is open on three sides into which you slip the coctail napkin.
Typically, a coctail napkin alone does not protect your furniture from moisture. Putting it into one of these holders allows you to be creative and still protect your tables. You will find that you can use the coaster many times before actually having to put a new napkin in. I love the fact that I can choose from so many napkin styles; summer flowers, autumn leaves, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas designs. I have quite a collection now and am always on the lookout for a new design to display.

Drink Coasters Whenever and Whatever the OccasionDec 09, 2011

I love these coasters. Whatever the mood, slip in a different cocktail napkin and spark up your end tables and coffee table. Only have a few napkings? Mix and match for about any theme. Only issue is that my grandkids love them too and are "over-anxious" to help pull out old napkins and slide in new ones. Sometimes small fingers have more force than they realize. Not to worry: buy extra sets and just keep putting them out! Also a great hostess gift or thank you to a friend. Wine glasses, highball glasses, big drink glasses, goblets -- they all fit in the hole.

These ARE the Perfect Acrylic Clear Napkin holder coasters for Any Occasion. This is because you can slide different napkin based on the occasion you are celebrating. A friend showed me the set she has and I searched for them on the web and found them here @ Amazon at a reasonable price.
