Different plates came instead of what was orderedNov 01, 2011

Very disatisfied in this product and company. I ordered plates int his picture that were pink, blue, green, and orange. What came was red and green plates with grapes on them. The plates look like they are very outdated and are not even close to what I ordered. I did a return request through Amazon and emailed the seller through amazon. So far nothing. Then I used the order reciept from the package to look for the company online. Too bad the website accentyourlife.com doesnt exist. When I call the number on the order sheet I got a hard to hear recording tell me to leave a message. I am so frustrated that something completely different from what I ordered would come in the mail. Plus, I would not be able to get ahold of anyone to take care of it for me. Also I have noticed that the picture of the plates is now a different one than before. instead of a picture with all the pretty colorful plates there is just one plate displayed. Still not the one I got in the mail.
